General Policies
ESTABLISHMENT POLICIES
- Any damage or blemish caused in the rooms or common areas during the stay will be the responsibility of the causative guest, and will bear the repair expense.
- It is strictly forbidden to hold parties & cause noise disturbance to other guests and neighbours and/or have loud music, arguments, fights, shouting, door slamming, etc.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke and/or take drugs of any kind in the whole establishment (rooms, common areas, etc.). In case this happens, the responsible guest will be penalized and will have to pay the cost of the additional cleaning service.
- It is forbidden by law to cover the smoke detectors in rooms. In case it happens, a penalty of 50€ will be charged, each time it happens.
- In case of a deep cleaning of the room due to poor hygienic conditions, extreme mess, tobacco, etc., the client will bear with the relevant cleaning costs.
- Not abiding the guest house rules may lead to a penalty.
- The establishment reserves the right of admission.
- The access to the rooms and facilities is strictly forbidden to persons not hosted.
- The property is not responsible for customers’ belongings.
- The cost per extra person in the room is 40 €/day (low season) or 80 €/day (high season), in the existing beds. There are no extra beds, of any kind, nor cribs/cots.
- The payment of the whole stay must be made in full at arrival.
- Check-in starts at 15:00. The current reception schedule is from 07:00 to 23:00.
- Maximum time to check- out is 11:00. Any late check- out will have an additional cost: (the guest must always notify reception in advance)
Low season (1st of November – 31st of March): || High Season (1st of April – 31st of October):
Until 12:00 extra charge is 10€ || Until 12:00 extra charge is 20€
Until 13:00 extra charge is 20€ || Until 13:00 extra charge is 40€
Until & After 14:00 whole rate of the day ! (+ costs derived from deviations!) (subject to availability)
- No pets* are not allowed (*any type of companion animal, comfort animal or emotional support animal, other than a service animal, certified and accredited by the government). There are additional conditions / costs, in case of damages and disinfection / cleaning / removal of animal hair, afterwards.
- The establishment has complaint forms at disposal.
- Please note that all “Special Requests” are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed; and may also apply additional charges and/or supplements.
- Packages /Parcels are not accepted/ allowed (unless permission is requested and notified in advance, in writing, and they are small packages).
- Bicycles / scooters, etc., are not permitted to be stored / brought into the establishment/premises.
- The establishment has no luggage storage service.
- The hostal has several floors (the reception is on the 4th floor). The hostal does not have food or beverage service of any kind.
- Guests must present a valid passport/ID and credit card as a guarantee at arrival/check-in. The City Tax (tourist tax) must be paid upon arrival.
- All guests must provide the data required by the authorities, and comply with the regulations, rules and laws national, local, and of the establishment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
FREE CANCELLATION / REFUNDABLE:
- There will be no penalty in case of cancellation/modification, as long as the reservation is cancelled or modified 2 days (in low season (1/11 - 31/3)) or 5 days (in high season (1/4 -31/10)) before the arrival date.
- After this period, any cancellation or modification will be penalized with the charge of the total amount of the first night.
- In case of no-show, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
- If, once arrived, the guest decides to shorten/modify/cancel their stay/reservation, the penalty will be 100% of the original reservation.
- The establishment reserves the right to preauthorize the total amount of the reservation.
*Reservations of more than 2 rooms and/or for long stays are subject to special conditions, and may also be subject to additional charges.
NON-REFUNDABLE:
- If you cancel or modify the reservation, the amount will be charged.
Conditions for stays with children:
- Children of any age are welcome.
- Children's age: < 3 years. Children under 3 years old are not considered as adults, in terms of occupancy, and do not pay any additional fees.
- Children of more than 3 years old pay as adults at this establishment.
- There are no cots or extra beds at this establishment. We recommend an external service where you can reserve/rent various related items.
