Cancellations: If you cancel the reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date for reservations from November 1 to March 31, and 5 days for reservations from April 1 to October 31, the establishment will not charge.

If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night. If you do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.

Once the Check-in is done, in case of partial or total cancellation, the entire stay will be charged

Taxes and Fees: 10% VAT included. City tax is not included.

·       The cost for the cot service it will be 15€ /day

·       The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1
